“I first questioned my state of mind in a prison cell at St Asaph Police Station.
Arrested the night before for committing assault my head was doing summersaults, running at a thousand mile per hour and subsequently I became aware of how poor my mental health really was.
In other words, I needed a Psychologist.
I truly believe this decision changed my life forever as it opened my eyes to Phycology. I realised that there were many people just like me out there needing similar help.
Our Facebook Page post first appeared in August 2018 and offers free self-help, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) group therapy sessions once a week on a Thursday evening.
